Job Overview
The Appointment Setter will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities
Recruiter - Client Based:
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings to identify qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team by coordinating availability and managing calendars.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead and appointment information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up on leads.
- Assist in identifying and targeting new potential markets or customer segments.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, appointment rates and lead conversion.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing or a similar sales-related role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
