Job Overview

The Appointment Setter will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a foundational understanding of sales principles. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our business and the success of our sales team.

 

Responsibilities

Recruiter - Client Based:

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings to identify qualified leads. 
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team by coordinating availability and managing calendars. 
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead and appointment information. 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up on leads. 
  • Assist in identifying and targeting new potential markets or customer segments. 
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, appointment rates and lead conversion. 

 
 

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing or a similar sales-related role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. 
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. 
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
