Job Overview

As a Brand Reputation Manager, you will monitor and maintain the company's brand image online, addressing customer feedback and improving public perception. You will strategize communication efforts and ensure consistent, positive messaging across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• The Positive Advocate will scour various forums, including Reddit and related platforms, to identify opportunities for boosting our brand awareness.
• The Critical Evaluator will take a closer look at our competitors and their practices to tackle public misconceptions head-on and set the record straight.
• Work collaboratively with the Redmond office and other team members to develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, bloggers and media outlets.
• Monitor social media channels to identify and respond to customer inquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
• As part of this job, the candidate will be responsible for addressing negative reviews and queries from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This will involve crafting appropriate responses and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing successful brand campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to utilize ChatGPT to create effective messaging using prompts.
• Excellent English (written & verbal) communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to start immediately.
