Job Overview

We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist to manage online store operations, optimize product listings, and implement digital marketing strategies. You will ensure seamless customer experiences and work to increase sales across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of eCommerce tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor and analyze website and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure website and online store are optimized for search engine ranking and user experience.
• Manage and maintain online inventory, product listings, and pricing.
• Work closely with customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Stay up-to-date on ecommerce trends and technology to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, such as payment gateways and shipping providers, to ensure seamless integration with the online store.
   

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Preferably with experience in eCommerce.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels.
• Proficient in website design, user experience, and search engine optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret website data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce, is a plus.
