Job Overview
As an Executive Assistant with a marketing background, you'll provide administrative support to senior management while leveraging your marketing expertise to assist with campaigns, communications and strategic initiatives. You'll be instrumental in managing schedules, reports and projects.
Job Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Digital Asset Centralization (each practice has a website, Facebook page, directory listing, domain, etc) Digital Marketing Strategy and Agency Relations
- Operational Efficiency
- Integration Structure for onboarding of new practices
Semi-skilled tasks that need to be completed. Here are some examples:
- Updating/modernizing Facebook pages
- Managing social media calendars and working with practices to generate local content. Organizing/managing our media library.
- Organizing/managing marketing vendor invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.
- Creation/implementation/centralization of Google Analytics containers for each of our practice websites
- Implementation/management of a directory (e.g., Google Business Page) syndication utility to centralize management of our practice directory listings
- This also includes working to claim all unclaimed listings on directories like Google, Bing, Yelp and LinkedIn Review solicitation/reputation management.
- Data consolidation/reporting
- General admin (email triage, scheduling, meeting prep, etc.)
