Marketplace Specialist

Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. You will ensure product listings are accurate, track sales performance, and develop strategies to increase visibility and sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of uploading and optimizing product listings on various online marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy. Conduct keyword research to enhance product descriptions, titles, and bullet points to boost search ranking and click-through rates.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer reviews to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure inventory levels, pricing, and promotions are optimized for marketplaces.
- Communicate marketplace performance and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams. Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on marketplaces and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends, policies, and regulations.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous Customer Service Representative (BPO) experience.
- Preferably with retail experience; eBay/Amazon experience is a plus.
- Knowledgeable with Freshworks and Netsuite but not 100% necessary for.
- Willing to be trained.
- Team player and able to work with less supervision.
- Good problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Well-organized, Responsible and has Initiative.
- Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Willing to start immediately.
