Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for client-based hiring needs. The ideal candidate has strong talent acquisition skills, experience in sourcing and screening candidates and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and the ability to meet hiring goals efficiently.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a client-facing recruiter.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates at all levels of seniority
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights gained from recruitment metrics
- Strong networking skills with the ability to leverage your professional network to source top talent for the client's organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as CRM systems (such as Salesforce or Bullhorn) preferred but not mandatory.
- Can work on-site and on a night shift.
- Available to work ASAP
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the client's hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements and company culture.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
- Screen resumes, cover letters and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit for the client's organization.
- Present shortlisted candidates to the client's hiring managers with detailed profiles and recommendations based on their suitability for the role.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and other recruitment processes on behalf of the client.
- Provide regular updates to the client on the recruitment process, timelines and outcomes.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and beyond to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other members of our team to share best practices, insights and knowledge related to recruitment trends, tools and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market insights and best practices related to recruitment to provide added value to the client.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for recruitment services within the client's organization.
