The Sales Representative will be a key player in our revenue-driven team, responsible for building relationships, closing deals, and supporting clients with innovative technology solutions. You will handle both inbound and outbound leads, working across industries and company sizes. Responsibilities
- Sell technology products and services including computers, phones, peripherals, telecom equipment, and IT asset disposition (ITAD).
- Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, brokers, and B2B clients.
- Gain deep knowledge of product offerings to provide tailored solutions to client needs.
- Confidently gather information and make strategic suggestions to clients.
- Follow up regularly to nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Prospect and close new deals through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
- Advise clients on all available products and services, functioning as a trusted partner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue and productivity.
Job Qualifications and Skills Set
- 3+ years in sales, especially in inbound/outbound B2B environments.
- Background in technology, telecom, or call center sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
- 3+ years of customer service experience is a plus.
- Associate degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is acceptable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to selling.
- Strong communication and consultation skills.
- Able to work independently and also thrive in a team-driven environment.
