Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and methodologies, as well as the ability to develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance our business processes and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows and validation rules to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain integration points between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain and support existing Salesforce applications; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the deployment of new features and enhancements through Change Sets and Salesforce Metadata API.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates, providing recommendations for enhancements based on new features.
• Document technical specifications, procedures and policies as required.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption of new Salesforce functionalities.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Framework.
• Salesforce Developer certification (such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development lifecycle and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools or ETL processes.
• Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
