Job Overview

We are seeking a virtual assistant to provide administrative support to our team or clients remotely. Your tasks will include managing emails, scheduling appointments, conducting research, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and be proficient with office software and online tools. 

 

Responsibilities

Virtual Assistant :

  • Posting YouTube videos and navigating the YouTube dashboard.
  • Posting podcasts to Libsyn.
  • Update blog posts and navigate basic WordPress functions. 
  • Gathering photos from social media or the web.
  • Be able to enhance photos for clarity and optimization, then place them in a YT Thumbnail template (which you’ll be given). 
  • Assist in mid-level marketing tasks as required. 
  • Download and retrieve files from Dropbox. 
     

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Familiarity with the YouTube dashboard, including posting videos.
  • Experience with posting podcasts to Libsyn.
  • Proficient with WordPress functions, Adobe Photoshop or Pixelmator Pro (preferred), Dropbox & Google Docs. 
  • Mid-level marketing background
  • Being a music enthusiast is a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Willingness to offer suggestions when you see room for improvement.
